On Wednesday (22), Resultate, a communication and technology company from the state of Espírito Santo, welcomes the presence of Google Brazil at its headquarters in Vitória. The visit is part of the process in which it participates, as the only company from the state and among the 15 in the country, involving the Google Elevator project – a Google Partners program that includes training, courses, lectures, and resources to help agencies improve their business dynamics. Tulio Coletti, Agency Development Manager (Google), and Mateus Quelhas, Innovation Leader (ACE Cortex), will lead the event.
About mentoring
Throughout 2019, members of the strategic team at Resultate participated in meetings with Google and ACE, which brought content and insights to work with the team in the state of Ceará. The mentoring process included diagnosis and action plan development. “The training sessions covered strategic pillars such as innovation and leadership, extending to operational competencies in marketing, sales, retention of human capital, and pricing strategies,” explains Tomir Schmite, director of technology at Resultate.
This week's meeting
The purpose of this week’s meeting highlights the work carried out in 2019. The goal is to present to the team what has been accomplished during the process and the next steps. During the visit, the curators from Google and ACE will address the team on topics such as impact versus task, psychological safety, asking for help, and proposing improvements.
